NC-2009 IEQp1: Minimum IAQ Performance
Hi!
I have a project where a fan coil is providing outside air (outside air treated) to other fancoils.
How do I enter this fan coil (outside air) on the worksheet 62MZCalc?
Must indicate in multiple zone or 100% OA?

Pablo, you really do not have a multi-zone unit. You have a lot of single zone units. As for the 100% OA unit, you don't need to calculate that unit. Just treat all of the FCU's as individual single zone units with ducted OA. The fact that the OA is conditioned does not make a difference for calculation ventilation requirements.

but if my fancoil (outside air) is not with "ducted OA", then i must consider multiple zone?

How would you get OA from the OA unit to the other FCU's without ducts?

I interpreted the wrong way. Now I get it.
If my outside air was with a normal fan, not a fan coil with conditioned air, would be 100% OA right?

In short, when I consider single zone, multi-zone or 100% OA?
I think this will solve my problem. Some projects with greater complexity are confused about it.

Pablo, I do not know exactly what system you are designing. My understanding is that you have a 100%OA FCU that delivers OA to other mixed FCU's via ductwork. If that is the case then each mixed air FCU will be considered a single zone unit.
