My project is located within a half mile of a Target. Can I count this Target as several separate services, such as a pharmacy and a convenience grocery?
And, has anyone else received push-back regarding contiguous sidewalk access to these services? (per previous comments) Just wondering if this reviewer-based requirement has stuck.

Hmm, I feel like I should know the answer to this question but I can't recall it coming up before. My gut says you can't count it as more than one service. Or maybe you could make a case to do two, but I doubt it. I think that because "supermarket" is one of the services that is allowed, and supermarkets are so diverse these days, even back in 2009 when LEED v2009 was released.Secondly, diversity is a good thing. If you put too much weight on one store providing a variety of services and it goes belly-up, that's not good. Better to support diversity.
