Hello Everyone,
I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.
I have a LEED-NC v4 project. For energy performance prerequisite and credit (EAp2 and EAc2), we are using EApc 111 - Alternative Performance Rating Method which allows to use ASHRAE 90.1-2013 Addendum BM for the baseline model in lieu of ASHRAE 90.1-2010. The reason to pursue this ACP is to avoid having multiple baseline models since this project is in NYC and it has to show local code compliance over ASHRAE 90.1-2013 as well.
While reporting LEED results we would also like to implement EApc 95 - Alternative Energy Perofmrnace Metric which averages the two highest percent saving metrics out of energy cost, source energy and GHG emission, and uses that savings on point scale to award points. Link to both pilot credits are shown below.

My question is: Can I use both pilot credits on a single LEED credit (EAc2) by doing ASHRAE 90.1-2013 Addendum BM model and claim points based on average of two highest percent savings metrics?
Thank you for your time.

I don't see any reason why you couldn't use both pilot credits.
