LEED Rating System Selection

Multiple Metro Stations

Dear all! I need some help in deciding the registration type of multiple metro stations. There are 11 stations to be certified and I cannot decide whether all of them should be registered as single projects or they fit the requirements of group or volume approaches, etc. Thanks in advance.

Dear Merve, Hi this is Puneet Mital and I take care of the Market development of LEED for Transit within GBCI Happy to knw you interest for 11 Metro Stations in Turkey, I will be happy to assist you on the registration. I am assuming you are referring to Existing Metro Stations which ideally should be registered individually on www.arcskoru.com (Plz select transit from the drop down menu under buildings). LEED for Transit (O&M) is purely a performance based rating based on Arc and you can view the rating system here- https://in.usgbc.org/resources/leed-v4-operations-and-maintenance-transit-guidance If your question is regarding LEED for Transit (BD&C), plz be informed that its currently under development and will take couple of more weeks to be available for market adoption. Hi Puneet, In fact, the project is currently under development and the registration will be under LEED v4 BD+C. My question is whether we can register all of them as one project or we should make it separately as single projects. I could not decide which one is the best option.

Hi Merve, I suggest you to register all stations individually under LEED v4 until we have LEED for Transit released.
