We have a C&S Project that has two identical buildings in the same parcel. They share three underground level parking garajes.
We want to certify both buildings and their undergrounds as only one building,
Would you please, provide us with information on:

1 - what consists a "programmable space other than parking or circulation". For instance, our building has one set of shower facilities and one recyclables storage facility for the superstructure. Would that be engough? To what other kind of programmable space is the MPR Supplemental Guidance reffering to? There is no mention of types of spaces in the Supplemental Guidance.
2- All building components and systems of the LEED-CS project that are addressed by LEED prerequisites and pursued credits can be treated as one. How may we demonstrate this?
