My project consist of a mixed used tower (G+52 floors) and 2 detached building ( be fed from the same cooling and heating system ) but they are core and shell and I m persuing LEED NC 2009 honestly I rather to get rid of them to increase my LEEd points.
MY question is can I disregard them from all LEED points ( here EAP2 energy simulation) even if they are fed from the same heating and cooling system which feed the tower?

It all depends on the project's LEED project boundary. If they are within the boundary then they need to be included. Look to the campus application guide for more guidance.
