Mid-Rise-v4 MPR2:Must use reasonable LEED boundaries

Multi-use project

We have a new LEED v4 Multifamily Midrise project (Homes), it’s several residential buildings on the same site. One of the buildings has 5 residential floors but the ground floor is a community center. Should we include the community center in the LEED Homes certification or a separate LEED BD+C certification must be done? The owner, entrances and building systems are different. I haven’t found any guidance about the multi-use projects in LEED Homes.

Vanessa, while you could in theory handle this as a single certification if that was your preference, I would probably handle it separately, given how much everything is separate, as you've noted.
