Hospitality-NC-v4 MPR3:Must comply with project size requirements

MRP3- minimum square meter for group certification

Hi all We are developing a pre-assessment to evaluate the certification level under LEED v4 for a campus. In the campus we have small buildings of about 80 square meters each (hospitality rooms), a restaurant, a spa and other facilities buildings. We would like to certificate all the small buildings as a group. The other buildings will be certified as individual buildings. In the MPR3 it is required that the LEED project must include a minimum of 93 square meters. For the group certification Is this number referred to one single building or to the total group area? Thank you so much I’m waiting for your response

You'd be fine counting the total area.
