Hi Lee,
FSC Mixed Credit products are valued in the credit calculation at 100% of their cost and all of it is considered 'new wood' (assuming it is not an assembly). In the form, a mixed credit product is entered as 100% new wood and 100% FSC certified. However, if the product is labeled FSC Mixed (NN%), then include the product in the form as 100% new wood and NN% FSC certified.
