Hello to all,
At the project I am working for we are going to submit a split review. So first we are submitting for the Design Review. We are interesting in earning in the MRc1 - option 4 - 3 points. My thought is, that although this is a construction credit, in the design phase we have to investigate the possibility in earning this points in order to achieve the requested certification level. I mean from this credit derive all the material characteristics, which should be specified during the Design phase. What is your opinion?
Thank you

Konstantina, I'm not sure if I understand your question, but I'll try to answer and see if this helps...
As a designated Construction credit, you would submit your documentation for this credit and have it reviewed by GBCI in the construction phase.
However, this doesn't mean you should defer your design work and collection of documentation to that point. You should be working on it through design and construction.
Does that help?
