Does someone know what is the other approved format (not energy star) for uploading consumption information? On LEED ONLINE it says it is in the Credit Information Section, but there isn't anything there talking of Approved Format. Please help.

The Credit Resources section for PIf1 has a Frequently Asked Questions document that explains the approved formats & the process for data collection. It looks like the two approved formats are either reporting the data in Portfolio Manager or submitting the data through the Import Facility Data Excel template.

Thanks Kimberly, I can see the Energy Star Portfolio Manager online, but I do not know what Portfolio Manager is or were to find it (alone with no Energy Star) Here in Argentina we are not used to this. And we don't know what the Import Facility Data Excel Template. Do you know how I can upload the information USGBC needs?

You can register your project for free in Portfolio Manager here:
http://www.energystar.gov/index.cfm?c=evaluate_performance.bus_portfolio...
It's an easy to use tool for tracking your monthly water and energy usage, and is available for projects worldwide (although you may not be able to earn the Energy Star rating internationally, you can still use the website tool to track your usage and share it with USGBC). The Credit Resources section for PIf1 also includes information on how to set up your Portfolio Manager account and share access with USGBC, plus a link in the FAQ document to the Import Facility Data website.
