hello, we are facing a renovation of some buildings in an existing railway station area
- the site includes 5 building and the building works are on the platform,on the canopy, on the pavement and on some buildings....we consider a leed project boundary which include both the buildings and the area affected by the works...
- 2 building are only renovated in the exterior facade and we propose to exclude them from the certification since no prerequite could be considered for them;
- 1 building is technical with a surface lower than 93 smq and no FTE so also for that we exclude it from the LEED project boundary
- 1 building is renovated only in the ground floor. the first floor is under location of a beneficial association. This building respect the MPR 2? since the requirements says to consider the whole building...the facade with new windows is renovated for the whole building, but the internal works are only for the ground floor...
- 1 building is completely renovated (no internal works)...
we would like to use BD+C:transit (beta version) but if we use a Campus approach we could also use ID+C for the ground floor of one building and BD+C Core and Shell for the other...
what do you think?
thank you very much for the support!
