My project has a balcony that projects away from the building, and does not provide a roof to an enclosed space for the building. How should the balcony be treated for this credit?

Should we include motorcycle parking spaces in our total parking count for the Parking Under Cover option?

Projects that provide covered parking are eligible for points under this credit, but what if a project provides no parking?

What if I need to have a material tested?

Can I exclude functional usable areas like recreation courts or rooftop patios?

Motorbike spaces are excluded from total parking calc. in LT category (reduced paking footprint) but are included when calculating for underground parking in SS-Heat Island Effect.Any clarity on this when project is pursuing both?

Could there be a difference between a "motorcycle" and a "motorbike"? I know in some places they are used interchangeably, but in the U.S. a motorbike is usually a motorized bicycle.
