CI-v4 EQp1:Minimum indoor air quality performance

Monitoring of Outdoor Air flow

LEED reference guide CI v4 says to monitor outdoor air intake flow. We have a project were AHUs are installed on the roof and all of the floors, except from ground floor, will be leased for our Client. The tenant can design the ventilation installation on their area, but the main ducts and AHUs are already installed in the building.

We don’t quite comprehend whether monitoring in our ventilation systems is required, assuming it provides 100% OA. As we understand, AHUs are not in the scope of our project, but is monitoring of outdoor air flow required in this situation? And if so, how can we perform it?
