My project is a big dry warehouse, which is divided into 7 typical units for future tenants. There is a small office with AC in each unit. My question is can we model 1 typical unit, then multiply by 7 to get the total energy consumption for the entire warehouse? or I have to model the entire building at a time? Thanks for your advice.

You might be able to do that but would need to make the case that all sections are thermodynamically identical. Since they will likely have differences that would have the potential to impact energy use (orientation, end unit, etc.) it would likely be easier to just model the entire building.
