Modeling Vault spaces in a Data Center

Hi I am reaching out to the group to see what is the right way to model Vault spaces in a Data Center?

In the Current Design we are monitoring the Leaving temp after the Rack, how can we model that in the software? Right now my current methodology is model the vault space with peak load and maintain 80F setpoint but using that approach I am sizing the Fan for 5 F with SAT of 75 F but in reality we are monitoring the RAT of 99 F at the rack ,so the fan design is based on Delta T of 24 F and the design fan CFM is way less than what we are autosizing the fan for, Can someone share what is the best practice to model vault space?
