Modeling Baseline system for an Aquatic center

Hi , I am modeling an aquatic center for LEED V4, with the floor having radiant heating , what should be the baseline system for radiant heating for floors in baseline?

I think that natatoriums are considered a process load so all of the systems associated with them are modeled identical to the proposed.
