Mixed-Use Rating System

Which rating system would be most appropriate to use for a 4 story mixed use project? The uses would be commercial/retail, hospitality (hotel), and residential (dorm). New Construction, Commercial New Construction, or even Neighborhood Development? Thank you

Ms. Lehr, My first guess would be that you would want to register your project as a Core and Shell project or a New Construction project. Can you tell me what percentage of the building is residential, retail, and hospitality? Also, is the building owner going to be occupying any of the spaces within the building? If so, what percentage (all based on square footage)?
