Mix-used building - days of operation per year

We are certifying in CS 2009 an mix-office building which is in 75% office and ca 25% apartments. Typical days of operation for office is 250 and typical days of operation for the apartments is 365. As a typical number of days of operation per year we shall use 250 or 365?

Pif3 form requires the "daily average calculated on a yearly basis" for both FTE and transients. Annualized daily average means that you divide the number by 365. When I have complicated or varying occupies I create my own occupant and use calculator, each line item shows actual occupant data and the daily average calculated on a yearly basis. I recommend you reference the Calculating FTE's forum within LEEDuser for additional guidance on this topic.
