Minimum Energy Performance

As we have a VRF system for fresh air, we design a seperate proposed case system module for the fresh air system. Is base case system is required in this scenario should also be taken into seperate or both base and proposed case is modelled identically?

You don't need to model the VRF system for outside air in the baseline system.
