In our project, the design pressure is well above the minimum required negative pressure in our smoking rooms with respect to the adjacent areas. However, in the related LEED form, there are two columns, average negative pressure and minimum negative pressure. Do these two columns refer to different design conditions? If so, what would be the design conditions for these two negative pressure values? Or do they refer to minimum and average negative design pressures recorded during the blower test? I am trying to figure out, if our designers should take into account any additional scenarios, even though the negative pressure values are met when the door to the smoking room is closed.
