Many of our projects are situated in Non-Attainment areas, and we are already using MERV 13 filters for both the supply air (via Evaporative Coolers or VRF with MERV filters) and the ventilation air (through the Fresh Air fan, which has an inbuilt MERV filter). However, the response provided has not been accepted by the LEED reviewer team.

In this situation, we need to consider an alternative approach or solution to address the LEED reviewer team's concerns.

2. In some other cases, our production areas are equipped only with ventilation fans and exhaust fans, and we do not have any supply air. However, we have operable windows in these areas. So here is possible to install the MERV Filters in the fresh air fan and exhaust fan?.
