Does this credit apply to the Mechanical Equipment Finishes ( Flooring, and Walling) for example Lifts finishes.

What are the limits on the VOC budget method?
Do products applied to the weather barrier need to comply with VOC thresholds?

Samer,
All wet applied products, flooring, adhesives and sealants, that are used within the weather barrier must be evaluated for compliance. This includes MEP related finishes as well. So you would need to include lift finishes in your calculations.
