Is it possible to do the measurement option for a core and shell project where the tenant is occupying 100% of the space? It's listed as an option in the reference guide but in reading the guidance, it says that the measurements must be taken post-occupancy once all furniture is installed. How should we approach this? Thanks in advance.

Leilanie, this is definitely confusing. I suspect that the measurement option is not actually available for C&S, even though the reference guide suggests it is, but it is probably worth clarifying with GBCI.
