Measure Outdoor Airflow Rates - Mechanically Ventilated Spaces

Is it possible to sustain, as a method of measuring the external air flow, the data recorded in the mechanical design drawings?

Hi Sebastian, information on mechanical drawings can be used to develop your VRP calculations, but you have to take actual outside air measurements at the system level for this prerequisite.
