Hello,
We are planning on hiring a contractor to replace some pavement on the site. Does the cement count as a renovations purchase even though the material itself was purchased by the contracting company?
Thank you,

Hi Alex, purchases made by contractors are counted under this credit. However, I think site concrete would be excluded entirely. The FMR prerequisite says that base building elements permanently or semi-permanently attached to the building, as well as furniture and furnishing, are covered in the scope of the FMR policy. That indicates to me that purchases made for site maintenance/repair wouldn't be included under MRc3.
