In pursuing this pilot credit, can we count materials that have already been counted for MR credits? I.e., can we count all refurbished non-structural elements that have already been counted for MR 1.2 Building Reuse-Non-structural elements?
Also, if we are refurbishing a room's historic wood floors, but adding a carpet rug over 90% of the refurbished floor, can 100% of the wood floor be counted as refurbished for this pilot credit? (The area covered does not count for MR 1.2, since surface area is being covered by another new material)

Janene, the pilot credits are independent of regular credits, so materials can be counted twice.
