Dear Concern:-

we have reused the construction waste brick as stone chips in onsite and the same is considered as weight in NC-v4 MRc5 - Construction and demolition waste management - Option 01

 

it is sound like double count the same material in two credits 

1.NC-v4 MRc5 - Construction and demolition waste management - Option 01

2.MR Credit Building Product Disclosure and Optimisation — Sourcing of Raw Materials" option 2 

 

now the doubts are 

is it correct way to double count the same material as waste management, material reuse however both credit have different values weight & cost respectively

Yes, you can double-count. You need to use the different measures -- weight in one case, and in the other case, what is the value o the material.
