Hi everyone,
we registered a project as a Master Site in LEED v4 version and we would like to replace the WEc3 credit with the same credit of the LEED v4.1 version.
The credit can't be swapped out for LEED v4.1 because we don't see the substitution icon on the right side of the credit, as you can usually see when you register any other project.
Has anyone ever been in this situation?
Thanks in advance

I believe master site applications can substitute v4.1 credits. The guidance provided by USGBC does not say otherwise: https://www.usgbc.org/articles/substitute-any-leed-v4-credit-leed-v41
My guess is that the LEED campus location of LEED Online has not been updated with the v4.1 credit substitution icon yet.

Has this been figured out by anyone? Still having this same issue in 2022

Hi Michael. I recently had master site credits approved under v4.1. Although I couldnt use the same toggle to v4.1 for individual credits I just uploaded the v4.1 and relevant documents and they were approved.

Yes, Dave is correct that you can use v4.1 substitutions for campus credits that are being documented in v4 master sites. The approach Maeve described is the correct way to deal with this at present. Thank you for noting it here for your fellow LEED Users.
One additional point to mention about this is that you should not use the v4.1 form swap icon/functionality for such campus credits when you 'claim' them in the associated campus project(s) within the master site. The fact that you are using v4.1 credit criteria will have already been accounted for in the master site. This is the latest guidance on this issue at present, but do bear in mind that form functionality is often being improved and may change over time. We encourage you to contact us (https://www.usgbc.org/contactus) if you experience any difficulties with this process.
