I usually create my own map showing the walking route and distance from the LEED project main entrance to the various compliant transit stops. Googlemaps or similar should be a helpful tool.

Sadly the documentation toolkit for this credit is empty therefore there are no samples to follow. In my opinion, kind of similar to Google maps the OpenStreetMap tool shows better and more detailed location. OpenStreetMap is an open and free tool available on the web. The map then must be edited in Word or else to show the credits requirements.
