I am working in an office project and another Warehouse Core&Shell rating system. At this moment, we are complying with mandatories of ASHRAE 90.1 only in the parts of Core&Shell project, my question is related to the tenants ¿Must they meet all the mandatory requirements of 90.1, through a lease agreement? or it is enough to make the recommendation, in the tenant guide, just in the case they wish an ID+C certificación? My understanding is that the Mandatory applies just for the scope of the CS, and it is encouraged, but it is not an obligation for the tenants. Am I right?
