Hello everyone,

My question is related to major renovation projects. Are the spaces not undergoing renovation and out of scope of renovation work exempt from the credit requirements?

We have a 6 floor historic, residential building. Whole building is undergoing renovation except for the two commercial spaces (restaurant and office) on the ground floor.

These spaces are occupied by tenants and will not undergo renovation. Are these two spaces exempt from the credit requirements? Thank you.

Hi Zeynep - We are going through this same situation for a major renovation project. Did you happen to get any guidance you could share?
