I've been asked to document our mainenance paint purchases as GS-11. I can't seem to figure out where as I'm not convinced these are "ongoing consumables". We are not pursuing MR C1 anyway due to multi-tenant building. They don't fit in MR C1.5 either. Do we just not track our paint?

For LEED purposes, paints and sealants are considered base building materials, so you would track purchases under MRc3, Facility Alterations and Additions. Paint is definitely not considered an ongoing consumable.
