LTc Bicycle Facilities Vincinity Map

I am working on a project seeking LEED certification located in a small rural community. The community does not have dedicated bicycle lanes on the street, however their ordinance states that bicycles can ride on the sidewalk and/or in the street. The LEED requirements exclude sidewalks as an acceptable bicycle network, however allow for streets if the speed limit is 25 mph. The LEED reviewer is asking the project team to provide a vicinity map that shows the bicycle network to at least ten diverse uses by indicating that the entire bicycle paths consist of any combination of compliant and continuous network by indicating each section of the bicycle network with its own evidence. Is there any website that identifies the bicycle path/route that also indicates the speed limit of the street?
