We are having trouble finding EPAct-compliant fixtures. Is that a problem?

Where can I find a clear meaning of "public" and "private" as relevant to lavatory faucets?

All, Is a break room sink in an office space considered a kitchen sink with a 2.2 gal/min baseline or a commercial lav with a .5 gal/min baseline?

Break room sinks are considered kitchen sinks - used for filling tea kettles and washing plates, glasses, etc. They thus have the higher baseline. The break room sink located inside the CI space is documented in WEp1. To obtain credits under WEc1 you need to document all of the water facilities used by the occupants, including the toilets located in the common areas.
