Low-emitting Material Calculator

The Low-emitting Material Calculator includes, VOC emissions criteria in the instructions for a Hong Kong Pollution Controls, and Canadian VOC Limitations regulations, are those only for projects in those locations?

LEED Guide BD+C v4 page 661 states that European Decopaint Directive (2004/42/EC), the Canadian VOC Concentration Limits for Architectural Coatings, or the Hong Kong Air Pollution Control (VOC) Regulation are the applicable national VOC control regulations. Therefore, it is supposed to be applied nationally or in its territory.
