Does anyone know if for the prescriptive path the light that passes through lovers count? My project windows go from floor to ceiling and the first 3´ is a louver, the next 5´ is a window and the next 3´ is a louver again, for a total height of 12´. This of course is for ventilation reasons since it´s a very hot weather, but I also believe that we have more daylight in the spaces than what can be calculated only form the window itself. Does anyone has any experience with this calculation?

The prescriptive path is intended only for the simplest of geometries and not intended to be used in cases with louvers such as these. You will need to use either the simulation and/or measurement options.

You may try weighted average based on your window scheme.
