Hi Dylan,
On the group tabs, I can't seem to find anything in the dropdown menu under fixture reference for the design case, both the flush and flow sections. Any idea what's up?

Not sure exactly what your issue is. Two suggestions: Enable Macros and start over with a new blank file if your having trouble with the forms

what is the password of the xls file?
