Lighting only for maintenance/service HVAC

Dear all,

do lights that are only switched on if a technician has to service the HVAC systems on the roof at night have to be considered for this credit? The HVAC systems are enclosed in a translucent housing, which is open at the top. The lights are partly inside the enclosure and partly outside on the enclosure.

All lights within the project boundary have to be considered, even rarely used ones, unless listed as an exception in the credit language.
