I have a project that utilizes occupancy sensors as well as astronomical time-clocks. The space has a huge lobby area and so, the lights in this area were put on astronomical time-clocks. We have smaller office areas where we put the lights on occupancy sensors. In this setup, the majority of the lights in the space are controlled by time-clocks. How do I complete the LEED Credit EAc1.2 with time-clocks? I have been doing research and astronomical time-clocks are not considered to be daylight controls. Daylight controls are used for Option A and Option B. Option C wants 75% of the light load to b on occupancy sensors. We obviously do not meet this.
Please advise.

John, it sounds like you are not meeting the credit requirements with timed lighting controls. I am not sure I see a way around this other than changing your controls.
