All energy models rely on the creation of a schedule for practically everything, lighting included. The schedules for lighting should be identical in both the proposed and baseline models. If your BMS is automitaically controlling lighting and you feel that you should be getting some energy savings as a result then you will need to follow the exceptional calculation procedure since you would likely need to modify the proposed lighting schedule to determine savings.
