Hi, my project is in design and current proposes to meter lighting and exterior lighting together.  The exterior lighting is very small so the electrical engineer is pushing on whether we really need to separate out these end uses.   If the lighting is 15% and exterior 0.5% do you think there is valid justification to not consider as 2 separate end uses? 

As a side we are at 9% lighting and 1% exterior so technically we dont need to submeter the lighting but it borderline and could flip to 10% before the project is complete.
