NC-v4.1 SSc6:Light Pollution Reduction

Light pollution reduction Existing site lighting

Is existing site lighting, scheduled to remain, required to be included in the Light Pollution Reduction Credit when using the calculation method or is it only for proposed light fixtures?

Hi Erik,
Answer to your question can be found in the document "Model Lighting Ordinance User's Guide", available in the LEED Credit Library under Light Pollution Reduction -> Resources and Tipps :)

All customer owned lights, existing and new, within the project boundary need to comply with this credit's requirements.
