LEEDv4.1 Acoustic - Can residential projects no longer achieve this credit?

I noticed LEED v4.1 removes mention of residence and residential. Table 1 removes all 'residence' reference and table 2 removes 'apartment and condominium'. Can residential projects no longer target this credit in LEED v4.1?

I forgot to specify: Can residential project no longer achieve this credit under BD&C using LEEDv4.1?
