Hi All,
Is it possible for a warehouse / office project to register as LEEDv4 BD+C: Core & Shell but change the certification type to LEEDv4 BD+C: Warehouses and Distribution after registration and during the project?
Appreciate your feedback!
Thanks.

I'm not sure of the motivation to register as one type and then change, can you elaborate? Is the issue that the scope may not yet be known fully whether it will include the fit-out or not?

I am looking into the same issue but at the opposite angle. I wonder if a (large 533,000) warehouse project could register as a Core and Shell project and then change to BD+C Warehouse and Distribution Center later. The rationale would be that the base building could be designed to house say 4 tenants, (with the largest less than 50% of the total). It would contain base MEP systems and rough-ins that tenants could tie into but no design of tenant spaces. The change to BD+C for Warehouses would occur if one tenant ended up being larger than 50% of the total.
