Is the LEED for existing buildings O & M for existing buildings that have been previously certified? Our project is an existing building with NO LEED certification and we are adding on several office areas and this new addition is going for LEED Silver.

Hi Kasandra, the LEED-EBOM rating system can be applied to buildings that have no LEED certification, have earned EBOM certification previously, or have earned NC certification previously. You can also pursue EBOM certification for a building that has a mix of certified and non-certified spaces, for example an office building with a floor that earned (or is pursuing) LEED for Commercial Interiors. Hope that helps!
