LEED v5:NC Clarification on suitability of minimum energy performance data center calculator to claim savings and confirming climate zone

Hello team,

Good afternoon. While working on LEED v5 BD+C data center project in Frankfurt, Germany we are seeking for clarification on following queries

1. Can we use minimum energy performance data center calculator to claim savings in data center as a part of exceptional calculation method?

2. Climate zone specified for Frankfurt in ASHRAE 90.1-2019 table Table Annex1-3 which was referred from ASHRAE 169-2013 is "4A". however latest ASHRAE 169-2025 specifies climate zone for same location as "5A". Which climate zone to follow?
