We are about to register a new project here in Barcelona, Spain.
It is a 30 houses building developed on 7 floors. We want to register it under LEED v4.1 Residential Multifamily. It is a large project and the team has an experienced LEED AP. I understand that it is no longer necessary to have a Green Rater and Energy Rater, is that correct? The Reference Guide does not refer to this topic.

The verification requirements for v4 are included right in the v4 reference guide, and summarized in the v4 Verification and Submittal Guidelines. The verification requirements for v4.1 build on the protocols for v4. At the beginning of the v4.1 Guide, it explains that the v4.1 Guide is supplemental to the v4 reference guide.
