I recently enrolled a project on LEED online for LEED V4.1 O&M. We are going for Pre-Certification First.

For Pre-certification of LEED v4.1 O&M, we need to fill a excel sheet about potential points to be targeted. I did the same. We got some comments on prelim review that we need to make project on Arc Skoru and I did. I submitted the prelim review requirement comments. When I got review result, there was no indication that the pre certification is denied and it said 8 points achieved out of 100. I just accepted it. After accepting, I got reply the pre-certification is denied. i am not sure why it has been done. Can anyone explain this.
