Question:
The owner wants to consider the LEED O&M Interiors boundary limited to Landlord/Owner Spaces only, such as Circulation Areas, Sharing Areas, Wet Areas, and any areas that belong to the owner. In other words, all tenant areas are to be excluded from LEED O&M Interior, noting that these areas are under the tenant's control, not the landlord's control.
We assume the tenant can also obtain LEED O&M Interior for his shop if the tenant wants so.
To summarize, please let us know if we can consider LEED Boundary for LEED O&M Interior limited to landlords/owner area without the tenant areas/shops.
